FAQs Blow Dry Bar
How many Blowdry’s can I have?
You can have unlimited blowdrys, every day we are open if you wish.
Can I pre book them for the month?
Our blowdry club is not a pre bookable service, all our team are qualified in blowdrying so you can just call or message on the day of you would like and we will fit you in with a member of our team.
Can I have my hair curled?
Yes we can upgrade your service on the day which may occur and additional charge for your upgrade.
Can I cancel at any time?
This is valid for the month starting from the day you pay and sign up. Should you wish to cancel it will come into affect at the end of the billing month.
How do you know I am a member?
You will be given a membership card that you will have to produce at the end of the each service.

How does the membership work?
This is a monthly subscription that is designed for you to be able to spread the cost of your hair services, You simply pick the monthly amount you would like to pay and we get notified of the payments then we add them to your in salon client card.
Will this cover my hair cost?
This depends on the cost of the service you have and what monthly payment you choose and how often you come in.
What if there is any money left over?
If you have any money that is not used from your monthly payments on your services it will sit on your client card in salon.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes the payments come out once per month so if you choose to stop then we will be notified and then you will just go back to paying for the service in full.
Do I get anything else for becoming a member?
Yes you get vip booking, first to know about anything we have new in the salon or pre launches.

What can I except from being a a member of the subscription box?
Everything month you will have a product box delivered to you door.
Will the products suit my hair?
When you sign up you will see they are in each family for blondes, coloured, volume and so on, this means we know what your problem is with your hair and how we can solve it, so each box will be a product that you need to best suit your hair type.
Will I get shampoo every month?
This is on a rotation so one month it will be shampoo and conditioner, one month treatment, and one month styling.
Every box will have special gifts in and some surprises along the way.
What else do I get for being in the club?
You will get a discount card so if you want to top up on products or need to buy extra you will receive 20% off all retail for the life time of you being a sub box member.
Can I cancel at any time?
You can cancel after the first 6 months.
