Training is at the heart of what we do. You’ll have access to regular in-salon sessions, workshops with industry experts and salon trade fairs. From mastering curls to staying ahead of the latest colour trends, we’ll help you hone your skills.

Absolutely! We are here to support your passions and career goals, whether you want to become a colour expert, excel in cutting, or offer niche services like bridal styling or curly care.
We supply everything you need to perform at your best, from a staff room to top salon brand products like Davroe and Milk_Shake and tint and hairdryers. We even handle all your marketing and have our own front-of-house receptionist.
We understand everyone’s life is unique, so we’ll work with you to create a schedule that fits your personal commitments. Flexibility is key to thriving both professionally and personally.
We offer a six-month probation period with regular reviews to ensure that both you and the salon are happy with your role. It’s a chance to adjust and make sure it’s the perfect fit.
