We are looking for our next superstar apprentice and have space for 1 lucky individual to start their journey in a salon based apprenticeship.
You will work in a busy and reputable high street salon, based in Gorleston and learn on the job, with dedicated training time with award winning hair educators.
Learning from the best, in a real salon environment, with the very best products, plus earn while you learn.
OUR APPRENTICES
We have a proven record of training and developing the next generation of hairdressers, from leaving high school! Take Anya as an example, After finishing school she started her full time apprenticeship at The Hair Base Salon and has grasped the opportunity with both hands. She will qualify after just 1 year, ready to move onto advanced training in specialist areas such as hair extensions and technical colour work.
We are keen to support individuals to grow and develop professionally through training skills and development.
That’s why we have a very strong apprenticeship program, of which, most of our employees and past employees have successfully gained qualifications to secure amazing roles at The Hair Base or in other prestigious companies around the world.
We offer an excellent apprenticeship program where you will receive quality salon experience, mentor support and the opportunity to be involved in Heir salon community incentives, professional photoshoots and industry competitions whilst gaining recognised qualifications.
WHO IS THE POSITION SUITED TO?
The ideal candidate will be a school leaver who is interested in starting a full time apprenticeship and gaining a NVQ level 2 in hairdressing.

We expect to start the successful applicant on a full time apprenticeship to start as soon as possible however there will be in salon.

We supply everything you need to perform at your best, from a staff room to top salon brand products like Davroe and Milk_Shake and tint and hairdryers. We even handle all your marketing and have our own front-of-house receptionist.
