Emma Jarvis

Welcome to my profile.

I am a Director on the salon floor and founder of The Hairbase back in 1999, and one that is extremely proud of where myself and my team are at in this challenging time for small business owners.

I have always been passionate about hair from the ages of around 5yrs when ‘Girls World’ was in the forefront of must have toys, and from that moment on I was going to be a hairdresser! From the age of 13yrs I worked in a salon as a Saturday girl, and after leaving school my hairdressing journey began.

I have NVQ Level 2 & 3 trained and qualified in PTTLS course, foundation & creative design, assessor award, and also have been a tutor at Great Yarmouth College. I have attended many business courses ranging from; How to Grow my Salon to Management courses.

I am also a Great Lengths Artisan, too. I am very proud to have passed my Redken Certified Colourist degree and I am the only one to achieve this within the area. I am excited to be working with Redken and I would love to be a Redken Artist, education is key in my world!

I am married to Simon, we have a son Marley and dog called Oreo, and I feel very privileged to have them in my life. My aspirations are to keep The Hairbase the thriving salon that it is, to keep my clients happy, and help my stylists to be the best they can be.
