STYLIST

FRONT OF HOUSE
This is a key role as you are the face and voice of The Hair Base, you will be the hub of the salon.
Your responsibility will be:
Taking bookings, greeting clients, serving refreshments and providing a high level of customer service.
Helping the Salon Manager with administrative tasks and helping to maintain the salons appearance.
Liaising with third parties as required, Goldwell, Salon booking providers etc..
Providing clients with advice on Goldwell and KMS products (training provided).
Requirements:
Some experience of the hairdressing and/or beauty industry would be an advantage, but overall training will be provided on-site.
You must be an organised person with excellent communication skills, a good understanding of customer service, friendly and welcoming attitude, computer literate and the ability to learn the salon appointment booking system (training provided). Prior experience of booking systems would be an advantage.
